Do I need to know anything technical?
No. You describe your work the way you'd explain it to a new assistant: what you offer, prices, when you're available. GramForge sets everything up. Later you change things the same way — “add a 90-minute package”, “no bookings on Fridays”.
Where do my clients talk to the assistant?
In Telegram, the messenger your audience already uses. You get a link to share in your bio, posts and messages. Your clients don't install anything new.
How do I get paid?
For in-person sessions, clients pay by card through your own payment account, and the money goes straight to you. Online products such as courses, recordings or guides are paid in Telegram Stars — that's Telegram's rule for digital goods, and we set it up for you.
What does “changes by description” mean?
Each time you ask GramForge to change how your assistant works — a new service, a new question in the sign-up form, a different reminder — that's one change. Editing texts, prices and your schedule in the dashboard is always free and unlimited.
Who owns the assistant and my client list?
You do. The assistant is created on your own Telegram account, and you can download your clients and bookings at any time.
What languages does it speak?
Your assistant and your channel posts can be in your clients' language — English, Spanish, Portuguese, Hindi, Indonesian and more. The dashboard is in English for now.
Can it work with the tools I already use?
Yes. Google Calendar, Zoom or Google Meet links, Google Sheets, your payment account and email are built in. For anything else, your assistant can send new bookings and payments to Zapier, Make or n8n, or to any system that accepts a webhook.
Can I change the buttons, menu and wording?
Everything. The menu, buttons, commands, welcome message, tone of voice and every text your clients see. Ask in plain words or edit it in the dashboard.
